Creativity, innovation & problem-solving toolkit for research environments

Do you want innovative ideas? To solve complex problems? Come up with original techniques, ways of working and process, that could expand and evolve your research to the next level?

In this course we will look at how you can foster creativity and innovation in yourself and in the teams your work in, and why a creativity friendly culture is so important in both research and industry.

We will examine the importance of removing creativity blockers, diversity in perspectives and encouraging positive risk-taking by overcoming the mental traps that limit us.

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

• Enhance creativity expertise, innovation and problem solving

• Designing processes to foster a creative and innovative environment in your teams and organisations.
• Identify barriers to creativity, and how to overcome them.
